Employee Referral Program

Terms and Conditions

​

1. Introduction

 

1.1. The Employee Referral Program (“Program”) is designed to encourage employees to refer qualified candidates for open positions within the company.

1.2. A referral fee of £300 will be awarded to individuals who were brought over to the UK by Harley Medical Services Ltd to work directly for one of their clients and who successfully refer family or friends, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

2. Eligibility

2.1. All current individuals who were brought over to the UK via Harley Medical Services Ltd immigration programme and are currently employed by a client of Harley Medical Services Ltd, are eligible to participate in the Program.

2.2. The referred candidate must be a family member or friend of the referring employee.

2.3. The referred candidate must not have previously applied for a position with any of Harley Medical Services Ltd clients within the last 12 months.

3. Referral Process

3.1. Employees must submit referrals through the designated referral form or platform provided by Harley Medical Services Ltd.

3.2. The referral must include the referred candidate’s full name, contact information, and the position they are being referred for.

4. Referral Fee

​​

4.1. A referral fee of £300 will be awarded to the referring employee if the referred candidate is successfully hired and completes a minimum of 3 months of continuous employment.

4.2. The referral fee will be paid to the referrer by electronic bank transfer following the completion of the referred candidate’s 3-month employment period. The referrer will be required to provide bank details for the account into which the referral fee is paid in advance. A request for bank details will be sent to the referrer following the successful placement of the referred candidate. 

4.3. Only one referral fee will be awarded per referred candidate, regardless of the number of employees who refer the same candidate.

5. Conditions

​​

5.1. The referred candidate must meet all the qualifications and requirements for the position they are being referred for.

5.2. The referred candidate must successfully pass all stages of the recruitment process, including interviews and background checks.

5.3. The referred candidate must accept the job offer and commence employment with Harley Medical Services Ltd.

6. General Provisions

​​

6.1. Harley Medical Services Ltd reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.

6.2. Any disputes or issues arising from the Program will be resolved at the sole discretion of Harley Medical Services Ltd.

6.3. Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
